These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pub775 ("pub775," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pub775.club and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. 3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) pub775 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pub775 will merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and may forfeit associated balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub775 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. pub775 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or OTP.

3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify pub775 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. pub775 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). pub775 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing copies of valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pub775 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. pub775 may add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount across all accepted payment methods is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pub775 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) to two (2) hours during standard banking hours. pub775 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.

4.4 Deposit Fees. pub775 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account, to prevent money laundering. pub775 will process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within fifteen (15) minutes after processing. Bank withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed, pub775 may require full KYC verification, completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that no pending dispute or investigation is attached to the account. pub775 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.7 Currency. All transactions on the pub775 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pub775 does not currently accept foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the player's payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pub775 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the individual promotion's terms prevail.

5.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pub775 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting bonuses by geographic location, account history, or payment method.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. 5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion, typically thirty (30) days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise, players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Requesting a new bonus before completing or canceling an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus without compensation.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated in real-time by trained dealers in professional studio environments.

6.3 Malfunctions and Errors. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, pub775 reserves the right to void any round or wager affected by the error. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pub775 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub775 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from technical failures, game errors, unauthorized account access (where caused by your own negligence), or interruptions in internet service.

9.3 Gambling Losses. pub775 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. All gambling activity on pub775 is undertaken voluntarily at the player's own risk. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and past results do not predict future outcomes.

9.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pub775's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to pub775 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the pub775 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. 11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pub775 account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC verification.

11.2 Involuntary Suspension. pub775 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; or to protect the integrity of the Platform and its other users.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or involuntary — your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Bonus funds and pending winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited upon account closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable checks.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. pub775 offers self-exclusion tools as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be referred first to pub775's customer support team for informal resolution. pub775 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

pub775 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pub775 will provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address, where practicable.

Your continued use of the pub775 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
